Rappsco Living - Topsham
3.5m x 3m single storey extension
Rappsco Living successfully designed and built a beautiful single-storey extension for a new client near Exeter. This project expanded the kitchen with doors on both sides, adhering to permitted development rights and featuring a footprint of 3.5m x 3m. To ensure bright ambiance, we maximized the glazing allowed, and by exceeding the thermal efficiency standards in our design, we were able to add more glass without needing to upgrade other areas of the property. Our client chose Rappsco Living for our all-inclusive package, allowing them to make simple selection choices, knowing they would have a complete, ready to use extension at the end! They also requested a leveled garden with a porcelain patio and a garden room to be used as an art studio.

3.75m x 3m single storey extension
This Rappsco Living extension was design and built on the rear of a semi detached property near Dartmoor. The customer wanted an extension to their kitchen to provide some additional living space. They didn't know quite where to start, but we were able to take care of everything! All they had to do was to make some decisions on options. As part of the project Rappsco also supplied and installed a new kitchen, bathroom and flooring throughout the house to match the new extension.
